Account and List Accuracy

Account holders are encouraged to verify themselves by correctly listing their name, date of birth, email, phone number and a valid government ID.

Hosts are expected to provide an accurate listing address, correct availability, accurate details of their listing or amenities, real listing photos, and disclose any and all hazards around the listing space.

We currently review every pool on the platform to prevent fake or unsafe listings.

Background Checks

We run background checks to ensure that bad actors are blocked from using Swimply’s platform for anything other than its intended use.

Secure Payments

Our secure platform ensures your money gets to the host—that’s why we ask you to always pay through Swimply and never send money off the platform or pay someone directly.
