Swimply is proud to have a truly wonderful community of Hosts and Guests who make meaningful and valuable connections with each other each and every day. We believe that everyone should feel supported and welcomed when interacting with others in the Swimply Community.
In this spirit, our Community Guidelines help us ensure that our community remains a safe enjoyable space for everyone. While we’re constantly working to update our policies to better meet the needs of our growing community, we’re always working to make sure these guidelines are upheld and enforced.
The three pillars of our Community Guidelines are as follows:
Swimply Hosts and Guests deserve to feel safe and comfortable while using Swimply. In an effort to promote a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we’ve established the following policies:
It is important to respect the personal space, privacy, and boundaries of all members in our community.
Swimply is dedicated to fostering meaningful and unique experiences for people of all communities. As such, we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. All Swimply users should follow all applicable laws and not treat others negatively because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, disability, or health status.
Visit Swimply’s Commitment to Fair Treatment and Inclusion page for more information.
At its core, Swimply’s purpose is to encourage meaningful interactions and foster relationships within communities. During a reservation, it is important that all users respect the rules of the surrounding community. For this reason, smoking in close proximity to neighbors or in prohibited areas, littering, making excessive noise, obstructing a neighbor’s access to their home, or other agitating behaviors are strongly discouraged.
